Learning objectives
Understanding essential influences on human work in a company (e. g. individual and group related factors). Understanding management tasks and making use of management techniques for objectives, planning, execution and control. Being familiar with structural and procedural-organisational design possibilities (e. g. matrix organisation, grouping central activities, task integration). Understanding and being able to assess recent developments in business organisation (e. g. more effective information and communication technologies, globally organised development)

Part 1: Individuals and groups in an enterprise (human work in an enterprise, groups in an enterprise)


Part 2: Management tasks in an enterprise (integrated management: objectives / planning / execution / control; human resource allocation and entrepreneurial behaviour)
