After having received and accepted the admission to study at the Ulm University of Applied Sciences, you will have to hand in all the documents required for matriculation at the department secretary within the deadline indicated in the admission letter. As proof of matriculation you will receive your student identity card.

Exchange students from partner universities have to hand in their applications at the International Office. They will be matriculated directly by the International Office.
