Due to the interdisciplinary character of the courses, the introductory study period is organised interdisciplinary as shown in the table above. It is similar for all courses the faculty offers. Therefore it is possible to change courses after the introductory study period, provided the course is still accepting students.

This unique flexibility in the main study period as follow up to an openly organised introductory study period at the University of Applied Sciences, corresponds with a modern university education. On one hand this expects the students to be more responsible but on the other hand it allows the students to follow their own interests when choosing their focus. They can specialise depending on their interests, and later apply for a job with their personal education profile.
