Foreign and stateless applicants will first have to request the "Merkblatt für ausländische Studienbewerber" (bulletin for foreign applicants) and the "Zulassungsantrag für die Feststellungsprüfung" (assessment exam application form) from the Ausländerstudienkolleg der Hochschule Konstanz, Brauneggerstr. 55 / Postfach 100543, 78462 Konstanz (Institute for International Students at the University of Applied Sciences Konstanz). You can only apply for the degree course at Ulm University if you passed the German Language Test (DSH or TestDaF), and after you received the confirmation that you are eligible to apply for a degree at a university in Baden-Württemberg.

The application deadlines are

Since the Bachelor’s Degree Course Health Information Management has only been introduced in the winter semester 2009/10, it is not certain yet, if there will be a need for an admission restriction, the so-called Numerus clausus. But since there is a great interest for the degree already, it is very likely. The admission to the degree will depend on the applicants’ grades. With less satisfactory grades, however, you will still have the chance to be admitted at a later stage, after a certain "Wartezeit" (waiting period), if you keep up your application.
